You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 20jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify 20jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 20jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
20jl is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 20jl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
20jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

20jl reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 20jl may freeze the relevant account pending investigation and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 20jl are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion on the Platform and form part of this Agreement.
Bonus funds credited to your 20jl account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. 20jl reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where wagering requirements have not been met.
20jl prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, 20jl reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings and close the relevant account.
20jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable terms of those bonuses.
All games available on the 20jl Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. Game-specific rules are published within each game interface and on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result and the Platform display due to a technical error, the result recorded in 20jl's server logs shall be deemed authoritative.
20jl reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the Player's account balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 20jl Platform without the prior written consent of 20jl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 20jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
20jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 20jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
20jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

You may request the closure of your 20jl account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
Your use of the 20jl Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how 20jl collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
By using the 20jl Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
20jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 20jl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the 20jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.2.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 20jl's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 20jl will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt.
